MED-EL recommends keeping your device(s) updated with the latest version of the iOS or Android operating system. Patient Card
This is the patient card which you can use to take to hospital when you are going to be an inpatient on a ward. Give it to the Ward clerk when you arrive for registration and fill in the appropriate sections so that staff will know how best to communicate with you during your stay. It is a two page document as you can see. Any issues or questions please let me know. If you would like a pre-laminated copy then leave me a message.
